The Partner Program is designed for agencies who seek a carrier that shares their commitment to growth and mutual success. Most importantly, it's about creating a rich and collaborative relationship geared toward success. Our approach targets three areas:
1. Agency Principal – We start with the agency principal to understand goals, devise a plan, and secure a mutual commitment. In addition to personalized support, we provide you with training tools, workshops, webinars, marketing materials and an automatic invitation to Partners in Success—our annual producer conference
in Las Vegas.
2. Internal Marketers – We work hand-in-hand with your internal marketers to help execute the plan. Your agency is assigned a dedicated North American marketer who can assist your internal marketers with action plans, illustrations, product training and sales concepts, and a chance to attend our Marketer University.
3. Operations Staff – Whether it's underwriters, case managers, or other operations staff, we work closely with them to understand processes and to help ensure an efficient business flow. As a partner, you'll also get a dedicated service team, service priority, and a chance to attend our Operations University.
