Tom holds AALU, CLU, ChFC and FLMI designations along with
his agent license. Tom has been in the industry for over 20 years
and brings a broad knowledge base to the team. He is actively
involved in product development and enjoys assisting agents
with competitive case design and advanced selling ideas.
Doug Northup
Marketing Analyst
Doug has several years of life insurance experience beginning
with roles in New Business. A licensed agent, he has held several
positions on the Sales and Marketing Teams both as an inbound
and outbound sales representative. Doug is responsible for sales
information and reporting within the Sales and Marketing area.

Nick has extensive sales and marketing experience and joined
North American from a large managing general agency where
he was a Senior Marketer working with agents on case design,
marketing campaigns, and sales concepts. Nick is a licensed
agent and holds a BS in Marketing.

Jessica has been in the life insurance industry for over 10 years with experience on both the home office and managing general agency side
of the business. She brings in-depth knowledge of new business processes and underwriting to
the team.
Jeanette Papillon
Life Marketing Specialist
Jeanette is a licensed agent and has worked in the industry for over 30 years. She came to us from Mutual of Omaha and has a strong background in the technical aspects of life insurance. Jeanette holds CLU, ChFC, and FLMI designations.
Erin Schloesser

Erin has been in the life insurance industry for 10 years. She started her career with the company in Customer Service and most recently Policy Change. Erin is a licensed agent and has her MBA along with her FLMI, ARA and ACS designations.
